how we work together

The way we engage with teams.

People first, processes second, tools last. Always in that order.

We get close to the team, watch how the work happens, and only suggest changes once we understand the room.

  1. Step 1

    Embed

    Get close before getting clever.

We spend time inside the team before suggesting anything. Meetings, Slack, the moments where the real work happens. The deeper the engagement, the longer this phase.
  2. Step 2

    Listen

    People know first.

1:1s with the people who do the work. Most of the real diagnosis lives here. A lot of what looks like a process problem is really a conversation that hasn't happened yet.
  3. Step 3

    Map

    How the work actually flows.

We trace the processes as they are. The formal ones, the workarounds, the handoffs that break. Surfacing what already exists is usually 80% of the job.
  4. Step 4

    Improve

Tools last, and only where they help.

Notion, n8n, Jira, documentation. By this point the choices are obvious, because the people and processes already told us what to fix.
  5. Step 5

    Hand off

You should be able to run it without us.

Every engagement ends with the team owning what we built. Documented, trained, with a transition window. The best outcome is one where, six months later, we're barely missed.
